Leadership Training - Done Differently
At Elephant Leadership Camps, we do residential leadership training - but not like anything you’ve experienced before.
Gone are the sterile conference hotels, the mind-numbing PowerPoint lectures, and the endless rounds of “syndicate” waffle. Also gone? The cringe-inducing outdoor bonding games (build a bridge over a shark-infested river? Agghh - no, thank you!).
Let’s be honest: neither approach truly works when it comes to building real, practical, use-it-today, leadership skills.
Instead, Elephant Leadership Camps deliver a high-impact, immersive experience that transforms how you understand leadership and how you see yourself as a leader.
And it's delivered in a model with both mixed and WOMEN-ONLY teams.
Over three unforgettable days, you’ll take part in gamified leadership simulations and dynamic team challenges, all while receiving continuous coaching and real-time feedback.

Fees and Funding
For most delegates, the cost of attending Camp will be fully funded by their employer’s Learning and Development budget. However, if funding is a genuine barrier to access for you, please get in touch anyway; we’ll always try to do what we can to help get you where you need to be.
The basic Bronze Camp fee is all-inclusive at just £1,850 + VAT and includes all meals, drinks, accommodation and coaching for 3 days and 2 nights.
The higher-grade Silver Camp fee is an all-inclusive £1,950 + VAT and includes all Bronze Camp features plus one extra night’s accommodation after the Camp closes.
The highest-grade Gold Camp fee is an all-inclusive £2,450 + VAT and includes:
• All Bronze and Silver features plus:
• One night’s extra accommodation the night before the Camp begins
• The option of same-sex or mixed-gender Team and Lodge
• Guaranteed single-room occupancy for all days before, during and after Camp
