Join the Herd – Become a FREELANCE Elephant Leadership Camp Coach
We’re Elephant Leadership Camps – on a mission to launch a thousand leadership careers ! We don’t do boring seminars. We do high-energy, immersive, self-discovery journeys for ambitious early-career talents. We want to provide every delegate with a jet-pack of knowledge; shining a bright light on everyone’s unique Leadership Brand, leaving them with clarity, vision and purpose.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our Top-Tier-Talent Freelance Coaches; a critical part of our Elephant team. We expect a lot from them - a great Coach MAKES for a great Camp - and so we pay a top-tier day rate.
Are You the Kind of Coach Who...
Can translate hints of Leadership potential into jaw-dropping moments of self-discovery ?
Can hype up a Group, a Room, or a Delegate by your observation skills alone – showing people the way to their inner Leadership Brand with clarity and confidence.
Thinks real Leadership knowledge is felt, not taught; experienced, not theorised; lived not lectured?
Then ok yeah… we need to talk.
What We’re Looking For:
Trainers and Coaches who can bring energy and insight to the Camp. Who will observe their Group ‘24/7’ and bring out the nuanced moments of Leadership learning that tend to come out only when people think they’re not being watched. Giving frank real time feedback with pin-point leadership contextualisation.
What You’ll Do:
Join the Camp team with other Coaches and an experienced Group Leader
Observe and Coach your allocated group; bringing the learning to light
Feedback and Reflect to delegates eager to define their own Leadership Brands
Enjoy the kudos of being associated with Elephant Leadership Camps and a top-of-market day rate.
