Paul Hillan
With over 30 years experience across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa & Asia, Paul's training and coaching specialties include Leadership Development especially Early Management Careers, Executive & Director Coaching, Senior Team Building and Career Coaching. Paul is an original designer and course chairman of the original version of the Elephant Leadership Camp, and runs similar Elephant Corporate Leadership camps on a regular basis.

Padma Dayananda is a multi award-winning business leader and coach. With over 24 years of global, cross-industry experience and a decade of impactful coaching.
Drawing from her own powerful journey and the hundreds of women she has guided, Padma is a specialist in the unique journey women take from self-discovery to authentic, high-impact leadership. She specialises in helping women overcome self-limiting beliefs, reclaim their confidence, and achieve both personal fulfilment and professional greatness.
Chris Howe
Owner of a substantial career in business and in Organisational and Individual change coaching, specialising in working with younger management talent. Chris is at his best when working with people who are setting out on their management and leadership careers and looking for insight, guidance and tools to help them become effective. Chris has always had a unique outlook on leadership skills, and has many a story to tell. Chris was a major contributor to the original Leadership Camps.
Louise Maule
Louise is an experienced facilitator, strategist and leadership coach who helps individuals and teams make sense of complexity, build shared understanding and take confident action.
Drawing on her background in evaluation, social value and organisational development, Louise works with leaders to navigate challenges, align around common goals and make better decisions. Her coaching style combines thoughtful reflection with constructive challenge, creating space for honest conversations and practical solutions.

Stew Lucas
With over 30 years of hands on and coaching, Stew brings a wealth of real-world leadership and people development experience to our team.
One of the original Camp Coaches and driven by a passion for developing people and teams, Stew has delivered specialist coaching and development programmes to clients across the UK and Europe. His network is built entirely on recommendation and reputation. Stew’s specialities include Early Management Careers and Team Building
Greg Williams
Greg is a leadership facilitator and coach who helps leaders and teams build the behaviours, communication and accountability needed to perform at their best.
Drawing on principles from high-performance sport, Greg works with organisations to strengthen leadership capability, improve team alignment and create cultures where people take ownership and deliver results. His practical, engaging approach helps leaders turn ideas into action and build the confidence to lead consistently under pressure.
At Elephant Leadership Camps, Greg challenges participants to think differently about performance, teamwork and leadership, equipping them with practical tools to lead with greater clarity, purpose and impact.
Sophie Moro
Sophie has been part of the Elephant team since day one. As the person who keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes, she handles the admin, plans and organises camps, and even jumps into marketing whenever she can find a spare moment. She's the first point of contact for anyone reaching out to the team, and Andy's trusted partner, keeping everything running smoothly day to day.
