With over 30 years experience across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa & Asia, Paul's training and coaching specialties include Leadership Development especially Early Management Careers, Executive & Director Coaching, Senior Team Building and Career Coaching. Paul is an original designer and course chairman of the original version of the Elephant Leadership Camp, and runs similar Elephant Corporate Leadership camps on a regular basis.

Drawing from her own powerful journey and the hundreds of women she has guided, Padma is a specialist in the unique journey women take from self-discovery to authentic, high-impact leadership. She specialises in helping women overcome self-limiting beliefs, reclaim their confidence, and achieve both personal fulfilment and professional greatness.
Chris Howe
Owner of a substantial career in business and in Organisational and Individual change coaching, specialising in working with younger management talent. Chris is at his best when working with people who are setting out on their management and leadership careers and looking for insight, guidance and tools to help them become effective. Chris has always had a unique outlook on leadership skills, and has many a story to tell. Chris was a major contributor to the original Leadership Camps.

Emily is an Executive Coach, Leadership Consultant and Strategist, bringing over two decades of global experience supporting C-Suite leaders, scale-ups, and global organisations through transformative change.
Specialising in the human side of leadership, whole self-leadership, fostering cultures of trust, deepening emotional intelligence, and building adaptive, authentic leadership. By blending neuroscience, psychology and deep empathy, she creates and develops leadership potential which is human, bold, and transformational.
