From our March 2026 Camp: “The camp was a unique experience that I know I will be reflecting on for a long time and refer back to it, in my personal leadership exploration journey.

The effort that went into organising the camp was evident. There was a clear distinction from [normal] management training, with the whole set up from co-living with our team to collaborating in the tasks.

This was not a training course, but a Leadership Camp where different events took us through a deep dive of emotional reflection and self discovery. I don't feel like I got all the answers, but that I got the mental resources to think and rethink about my leadership identity and the impact I have on people.I might sign up for another camp as an alumni. The choice of venue was excellent — the food, service, and accommodation at Center Parcs Woburn were superb. All of the coaches were incredibly knowledgeable and skilled across a variety of areas. I loved the way each coach presented their sessions — the content was intense but consistently engaging and relevant.

I felt a genuine sense that the coaches wanted to share their experiences and pass on their knowledge to us, which I found inspiring and generous, and such a fantastic team. Everyone brought different backgrounds and perspectives, I learned something from each of them.

And some of the best coaches I’ve ever worked with. Genuinely kind and insightful people, an honour to learn from them. However, I'd do it all again in a heartbeat - I met some amazing people, random strangers soon became my team, and the activities really stretched and developed us.

From our May 2026 Camp: “I knew what I would like to achieve and that was met, but equally it unlocked a number of other areas I could improve or develop on (myself and my team). Being away from busy life is always a welcome distraction but then working with people from different organisations creates an environment that feels like work without the pressure. The training material was great and the coaches had a lot of lived experience that they're willing to share along the way.

I think that the beauty of the camp is that you wouldn't normally take time to develop your leadership skills during annual leave, weekends or time at work. In practice (real life), you're continuously reacting. But during camp, you have time to think, work on better responses and behaviours which means you're more likely to retain the knowledge and use it in the future.”

An amazing energy/exuberance that was infectious and a precise gift of making me feel like I really matter. I can’t imagine what my camp experience would have been like without his guidance, insight , and genuine passion for the project, a true gentleman, a traditionalist. I have learned much from his wealth of knowledge - he provided a masterclass.

I arrived at Camp expecting to have a blast, and it was way more fun than that. The opinion I had of myself was blown out of the water. At camp I discovered I already possessed the tools I need to realise my dreams.”
