The History of Elephant Leadership Camps
The brand name “Elephant” might be relatively new to Leadership coaching, but the philosophy and design of our Camps are anything but. Our model of gamified, self-discovery has been tried, tested and continually refined over 20 years.
The original Leadership Camps, that inspired the Elephant team, were pioneering in their day – reimagining how leadership development dovetails into a deep personal growth journey.
And the impact of those early Camps ? Profound.
Graduates and alumni became CEOs, business founders, and senior influential leaders across many disciplines, often within just a few short years of the Camp. Every delegate left with something far more valuable than just a certificate – they left with a launchpad for their future success.
