10–12 March | Woburn Forest
Our March Elephant Leadership Camp was, without doubt, our most diverse Camp yet and therefore, arguably, our most successful.
Delegates arrived at Woburn Forest last week excited, nervous and expectant.
They came from all corners of the UK, and one even flew in from Cyprus to be with us.
They stepped into an experience designed to challenge how they think about leadership, how they think about themselves, and how they interact with others. The richest learning came from exercises that placed people directly at the intersection of all three.
Some delegates attended Camp on the back of a progressive employer recognising the importance of leadership development and talent pipelines. Others self-funded their experience and certainly got more than their money’s worth in terms of investment in themselves.
And many delegates were TrailBlazers being the first among their contact groups and peers to experience the Elephant Leadership Camp model.
People came from every corner of the leadership landscape to last week's Camp. From CEOs to administrators, and from corporate organisations, charities and self-employed entrepreneurship. We had youthful junior managers working alongside experienced corporate leaders, go-getter business owners alongside retirees, people at the start of their careers, and people nearer the end of them, and everything in between too.
When job titles, hierarchies and professional “pedestals” are stripped away, leadership and humanity become much clearer. The purity of interpersonal connections, REAL interpersonal connections, sits at the heart of leadership.
Nothing exposes this truth more clearly than Elephant Leadership Camps.
The mix is the value.
In at the Deep End but Never Out of your Depth 🐘
At Elephant Leadership Camps we deliberately take people out of their comfort zones, but never beyond their capability. Often, we found last week, people were put beyond their own expectations of their own capabilities, but that’s the point. Delegates discover something new about themselves. Something they never knew they were capable of.
And we are not talking about conquering a fear of heights or some physical test of endurance. We are talking about human discovery. Discovery of who they really are and how that uniqueness lands and impacts on those around them when it comes to influencing and leadership.
At March's Elephant Leadership Camp, delegates were immersed in a series of gamified leadership challenges.
Some tasks rewarded careful planning before action. Others demanded rapid thinking under pressure.
In one challenge teams were tested on how well they'd follow a brief, in the next they were tasked with creating culture, purpose and value from limited information.
Effort and success, trials and failures all contributed to the deep and rich learning in the art and humanity of leadership.
And crucially, every step along the journey was observed, as it always is, with feedback and coaching from experts in leadership theory and practice.
Leadership Examined From Every Angle 🐘
Every aspect of leadership, and the many meanings attached to it, is explored at an Elephant Leadership Camp.
Delegates perform, experiment, succeed, fail, adapt and grow.
The results of each challenge are analysed, discussed and reflected upon, supported by specialist high impact coaches who help participants extract the deeper lessons from every experience.
The Camp material adapts to the cohort, and the learning flows in whichever direction the group takes it.
The next Camp will feature different topics and new tasks compared to March, as always, everything is designed to suit the particular delegate group. The individuality of each Camp experience is part of the diversity.
The mix is the value.
Our Best Camp Yet 🐘
The March Camp was a huge success, arguably the best we have ever held.
Feedback from delegates has been exceptional, variously describing the experience as moving, compelling and transformational.
Specific feedback from March 2026 includes:
“Fantastic energy and enthusiasm” (Amelia - Account Manager)
“A unique experience” (Ecaterina - HR Advisor)
“Great opportunity to reflect and reset ... compelling and a key stand out from other leadership courses I have attended" (Carlota - Business Development and Ops Director)
“Incredible how much and how well things were done" (Blanca - Impact and Research Manager)
feedback still comes in from Camps weeks after people leave - another of the unique facts about OUR approach to Leadership training, but our favourite for March so far is: ...
"I arrived expecting to have a blast, and it was way more fun than that. The opinion I had of myself was blown out of the water. At camp I discovered I already possessed the tools I need to realise my dreams." (Roxana - Retiree)

The TrailBlazer Programme 🐘
Due to popular demand, Elephant Leadership Camps is delighted to announce we are expanding the TrailBlazer scheme.
As a TrailBlazer we can offer substantial discounts for selected delegates and target clients in a “try before you buy” type model designed to help organisations experience the value of the Camp before making a significant investment.
The scheme offers large discounts on 'first delegate' fees, to ensure that cost is not a barrier to the Camp and that diversity of delegate is maintained.
The mix is the value.
You may be asking yourself what the catch is.
We hear that a lot.
But there’s no catch. No obligation. No risk.
The TrailBlazer scheme exists because we believe leadership development should be accessible to all and because diversity of delegates strengthens the Camp experience for everyone, immeasurably. Contact the team for more information about our TrailBlazer programme.
