Women-Only Teams at Elephant Leadership Camps
We know that the journey to leadership can feel different for women. Even the most accomplished female leaders often describe paths shaped by unique challenges; whether bias, barriers, or societal expectations, it makes their leadership growth deeply personal.
That’s why within our wider mixed Elephant Leadership Camps, we now offer the option to join a women-only team. This means you’ll take part in the full Camp experience while being grouped only with other women and guided by a dedicated female coach. It’s a way to gain all the benefits of a diverse, high-energy leadership environment while having a team space designed to feel safer, more supportive, and focused on the specific realities women face in leadership.
Why choose a women-only team?
We’ve seen powerful results when women have access to a setting where they can, more comfortably:
speak openly without fear of judgement or comparison,
explore their authentic leadership style in the company of other women, and
build and share strategies for navigating challenges unique to their experiences.
You’ll still enjoy the rich learning that comes from interacting with a broader mix of professionals, but your core group will be a place for solidarity, reflection, and tailored development - helping you strengthen your leadership voice with confidence and clarity.

If you’d like to secure a place in a women-only team at a future Camp, email us on the click button below. Also, if you’re interested in real-time updates for when women-only teams might be available, follow us on social media.
Of course, if you are happy to be in a mixed team environment, as many are, then that’s fantastic too and you can book yourself onto a Camp in the normal way. This may be your best route if you have a specific Camp in mind as we may not be able to guarantee a woman-only team on every Camp.
When a Woman-Only team is available at a Camp, access to it is on a first come first basis, during the booking process.
You CAN use other offers in tandem with acccess to a woman-only team.
