What to expect at an Elephant Leadership Camp
Well …. we don't want to give too much of the secret away here ! Expect the unexpected is probably the best hint we can give.
The residential setting will be beautiful, deluxe and highly engaging physically and mentally, the training facilities will be first class, the messages received loud and clear. Camps will normally be held at Center Parcs locations in central England, combining ease of access for all and ensuring the highest possible standards of training and accomodation in the most rural settings possible.
Camps are designed to be mixed-sex (both in terms of coaches and delegates), and accommodation is provided in mixed-sex luxury Woodland Lodges, where you live and work with your Team.
We do cater for women-only Teams and women-only Lodges within a mixed-sex Camp, and we can gurantee single room occupancy for those on the Gold package.
If you would prefer an all-women team, and would prefer a single room gurantee, make sure you select the Gold package at application.

At Camp, you won’t be on the journey alone. While there may be up to 30 delegates in total, you’ll be part of a much smaller Team of just six like-minded colleagues; living, working and learning together over 3 action-pack days. Expect to form close bonds with each other; bonds built on mutual respect, team ethos and a good few laughs.
Your Team will take on a range of tasks designed to put on show and to test critical leadership skills. Maybe one task will involve roleplaying a workplace scenario but then the next will be something more creative, the next... who knows?
Real-time coaching and feedback will be woven into every task, directly aligned with leadership behaviour. Each day will be anchored in reflections and debriefs; key insights and lessons brought together, shared, and reinforced.
These are long and tiring days - the Camp is not suitable for everyone, and those with insufficient personal drive or those who have low energy, need not apply.
There is enough material covered on an Elephant Camp to warrant a 5 day residential training course, but we’ve squeezed all the learning into just 3 days of high adrenalin, experiential learning - thus ensuring low cost and high impact.
Cost of the Camp starts with the Bronze experience at just £1,850+VAT per delegate, which covers 3 days 2 nights in quality accommodation, all meals, drinks and activities, 8am-8pm personalized coaching and feedback, and an expert coach to delegate ratio of just 1:6.
For additional benefiits such as extra nights before and after Camp, guranteed single occupancy room and choice of mixed or single-sex Teams and Lodges, then the Silver and Gold Camp experiences are available priced at £1,950 + VAT and £2,450 + VAT respectively.
